Binni Real Estate offers a platform for property owners to advertise their properties for rent or sale. The real estate company works as an aggregator and as such, does not collect any commission on properties sold through their platform. 

All homeowners who want to advertise on the platform are required to pay 50 euros. Once this amount is paid, they can advertise their property for up to 12 months, after which they have to renew.
